Due to the nature of digital products:

All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specifically stated.

Once access is granted or a file is delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This includes products delivered instantly or over time, such as memberships or staged content.

SERVICES & CUSTOM WORK

We offer certain services, including but not limited to done-with-you setup and done-for-you website or funnel builds. Custom services are tailored to the individual client and cannot be returned or resold.

Because services involve time, planning, and custom work:

• Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun or time has been reserved.

• Any deposits paid are non-refundable

• If a service is cancelled by the client after work has started, no refund will be issued for work completed or time reserved

Where a service has not yet begun, cancellation terms (if any) will be outlined in writing at the time of booking.

Each service engagement will be confirmed by email and may include additional scope, timelines, or conditions specific to that project.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENCE

All original content on this Website — including template structures, layouts, copy, and design systems — is the intellectual property of The Digital Dream Studio.

When you purchase a product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product:

• For your own personal use or for use in client projects

You may not:

• Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the product

• Claim the template design as your own

• Create derivative products for sale

• Include the template in a product, theme, or template library

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.

STOCK IMAGES & THIRD PARTY ASSETS
